Business Development Manager – UK & Ireland

Our people are at the heart of this mission, and we are now looking for a Business Development Manager to strengthen our team in the UK & Ireland.
This is a high-impact commercial role focused on driving growth across the region by developing new business opportunities and building long-term partnerships within FMCG, retail, food production, and supply chain environments, with a particular focus on RPCs, crates, and reusable packaging pooling solutions.
You will operate in a complex, multi-stakeholder environment, engaging at senior levels and leading strategic conversations around sustainability, operational efficiency, and circular economy solutions.
What you will be doing
- Identify and develop new business opportunities across UK & Ireland
- Drive commercial growth within RPC/crates and reusable packaging environments
- Manage complex, consultative sales cycles with multiple stakeholders
- Build and execute strategic account plans to support long-term growth
- Lead commercial negotiations, including multi-year agreements
- Partner closely with internal teams to deliver value-driven customer solutions
- Contribute to Tosca’s growth journey within sustainable packaging and pooling solutions
What we are looking for
Experience
- Minimum 5 years’ experience in high-value B2B business development
- Strong experience within RPCs, crates, pooling, returnable transit packaging, or reusable packaging solutions
- Proven track record of achieving and exceeding commercial targets
- Experience managing complex sales cycles and senior stakeholder relationships
- Background within FMCG, retail, food production, packaging, or supply chain industries
- Experience negotiating long-term commercial agreements
