This is a temporary role for 9 months. About The Role This role involves providing operational, technical and sales support for one of our platforms to customers and internal stakeholders. On a day-to-day basis this is what you would be:

• Adding new and updating existing users to the Admin Portal
• Organise and administer training courses either internally or to customers when required
• Provide a help desk for customers and internal employees with general platform enquiries

Your Profile We are looking for someone who has experience of developing and implementing product support strategy. Here is a quick tick list for the other skills we are looking for:

• Competent using Microsoft Office applications
• Good organisation and time management skills
• Good presentation skills
• Good administration skills.
