SHE Advisor
Location: Midlands (Birmingham, Coventry, Northampton)
Salary: £45,000 - £55,000 + Car Allowance + Benefits

The Key Responsibilities of the SHE Advisor:
- Providing SHE advice, support and assurance across multiple construction and engineering projects.
- Conducting site inspections, audits and incident investigations.
- Working closely with project teams, subcontractors and operational management to ensure compliance.
- Supporting the implementation of SHE policies, procedures and management systems.
- Promoting a positive safety culture and driving continuous improvement across projects.
The SHE Advisor will have:
- Previous experience within construction, engineering, M&E or Data Centers.
- NEBOSH General or Construction Certificate.
- Good understanding of CDM Regulations and construction safety requirements.
- Experience conducting site inspections, audits and incident investigations.
- Strong communication skills with a practical, hands-on approach.
- Ability to build relationships and influence operational teams and subcontractors.
