We are recruiting for an experienced Repairs Manager to join a Social Housing organisation in the North West. This Repairs Manager role will lead a DLO delivering responsive repairs across a busy housing portfolio. If you are a hands on Repairs Manager with strong Social Housing management experience, this is a well paid opportunity with long term stability.

The role

As the Repairs Manager, you will oversee the delivery of responsive repairs through a DLO, ensuring works are completed safely, efficiently, and in line with service standards. The Repairs Manager will be responsible for performance, compliance, and customer satisfaction across the service.

Key Responsibilities for the Repairs Manager role

• Lead and manage a DLO delivering responsive repairs

• Oversee performance, KPIs, and service delivery

• Ensure compliance with health and safety and housing regulations

• Manage operatives, supervisors, and day to day operations

• Drive improvements in quality, productivity, and customer experience

About you

• Proven experience working as a Repairs Manager within Social Housing

• Strong background managing a DLO or in house repairs service

• Two working references required

• Confident leader with good operational and people management skills
