purpose

the property administrator will provide efficient and accurate administrative duties, assisting the property team across all the property functions of estates, construction, acquisitions and facilities

what you'll do |

  • provide proactive, efficient, and effective property administration support to the heads of departments as required
  • invoice management including processing invoices using the internal finance system and assisting with day-to-day invoice queries from finance and external parties
  • assisting the design team with filing, organising and maintaining a photo archive for our new sites and refurbs
  • coordinating property access/inspections for landlords, external consultants, contractors and project managers
  • responsibility of issuing property change forms and keeping the property change tracker up to date
  • general administration support for all projects across the team including new restaurant openings and refurbishments
  • preparation and distribution of agendas and minutes for periodic property meetings
  • responsibility for responding to all property information requests which will include requests for lease details, drawings and project timelines

what you'll need |

  • ability to work without supervision in a confident manner to support the heads of departments and the wider property team
  • excellent written and oral communication skills
  • excellent time management and organisational skills
  • must be proactive and able to use own initiative and possess a flexible attitude to the workload
  • excellent at excel, PowerPoint and Word
  • Previous experience working within property management (preferable)
