purpose
the property administrator will provide efficient and accurate administrative duties, assisting the property team across all the property functions of estates, construction, acquisitions and facilities
what you'll do |
- provide proactive, efficient, and effective property administration support to the heads of departments as required
- invoice management including processing invoices using the internal finance system and assisting with day-to-day invoice queries from finance and external parties
- assisting the design team with filing, organising and maintaining a photo archive for our new sites and refurbs
- coordinating property access/inspections for landlords, external consultants, contractors and project managers
- responsibility of issuing property change forms and keeping the property change tracker up to date
- general administration support for all projects across the team including new restaurant openings and refurbishments
- preparation and distribution of agendas and minutes for periodic property meetings
- responsibility for responding to all property information requests which will include requests for lease details, drawings and project timelines
what you'll need |
- ability to work without supervision in a confident manner to support the heads of departments and the wider property team
- excellent written and oral communication skills
- excellent time management and organisational skills
- must be proactive and able to use own initiative and possess a flexible attitude to the workload
- excellent at excel, PowerPoint and Word
- Previous experience working within property management (preferable)
