This is a fantastic opportunity to play a key role in supporting our operational teams and ensuring the smooth delivery of services to our clients. Key Responsibilities
- Provide administrative support to the contract team, ensuring compliance with company policies and client requirements.
- Maintain accurate records and documentation, including reports, schedules, and correspondence.
- Assist with financial processes such as purchase orders, invoicing, and cost tracking.
- Coordinate meetings, manage diaries, and handle general office duties.
- Act as a point of contact for internal teams and external stakeholders, delivering excellent customer service.
About You
- Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities.
- Excellent communication skills and attention to detail.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office applications (Word, Excel, Outlook).
- Previous experience in an administrative role within a property services or facilities management environment is desirable.
