Acting for a diverse client base of entrepreneurs, owner-managed businesses, investors, and corporates across a range of sectors, the firm offers consistently high-quality transactional and advisory work.

You’ll play a central role in the growth and success of the Manchester corporate team, advising on:

• M&A transactions
• Private equity and venture capital investments
• Shareholder agreements and joint ventures
• Broader corporate advisory matters

This is a career-defining opportunity for an experienced Corporate lawyer seeking to step into (or further establish themselves in) partnership with a modern, forward-thinking firm. You’ll be given the platform, resources, and support to develop and grow your own practice, while contributing to the development of the wider team.

The Candidate

• Established Corporate Solicitor (likely 8+ PQE) with strong transactional experience
• Existing client following or proven ability to build and develop one
• Excellent technical and commercial skills
• Leadership and mentoring ability
