Project Manager - £65-75,000 + excellent benefits - 13 month FTC – start February 2026

WRK digital has an interesting opportunity for an experienced IT professional who has experience in Project delivery alongside PMO. We have an exciting and varied role which will cover:

• 10 days per month working with our long-established client who is building out a brand new data strategy. Our client is ambitious, non-corporate & takes great pride in the service they deliver to their customers. In this part of your job you will work with our Lead Data Consultant to provide central governance & PMO services to the programme. You will be experienced in reporting & planning and ensuring appropriate ownership and control is in place to ensure a successful outcome for our client. You will work with our clients existing PMO function to ensure unity and identify gaps. At times you may be required to wear different hats within the project / programme delivery space depending on the need of the programme however the underpinning part of this role will PMO related. Some onsite time based in Worcester will be required, 2 days a week initially to establish relationship but flexible thereafter – travel / accommodation expensed.
• Your remaining time per month will be based around building out ways of working for a PMO & Project Delivery function servicing a variety of WRK digitals clients. This part of your role will be fully supported in terms of goal & objective setting. However, we require an experienced individual who can work under their own initiative and can create a methodology and approach from scratch that can be repeated into many different client settings.

Finally, it is imperative that you have outstanding communication skills, both written and verbal. You will have the ability to concisely translate, document and prepare collateral that is fit for purpose and authentic. You will be eager to influence and lead where appropriate.
