Yolk Recruitment is seeking an upbeat and personable Receptionist to join a forward-thinking manufacturing company in Neath. Specialising in innovative, high-quality solutions, this family-run business is thriving and expanding - making it a great time to join.

What you'll be doing:

In this front-of-house role, you'll be the face of the business and support with a range of administrative tasks, including:

• Being the first point of contact via phone and email, handling and directing enquiries

• Meeting and greeting visitors and ensuring a welcoming environment

• Collecting staff log-in and log-out times

• Managing boardroom bookings

• Assisting with sickness reporting and recording holiday requests

• Updating records of new starters and leavers, liaising with Payroll/HR

• Keeping track of visitors to site - signing them in and out

What you'll bring:

• Experience in customer-facing roles, either in person or over the phone

• Strong organisational skills and the ability to manage your own workload

• Good IT skills, including Microsoft Office packages

• A positive, friendly and professional attitude

• Full training will be provided

What you'll get in return:

• Salary of £27,000

• Working days and hours: Monday to Thursday: 8.00am - 4.30pm, Friday: 8.00am - 3.00pm

• This is a role based fully on site in Neath

• 28 days holiday (including Bank Holidays, with Christmas shutdown)

• All paid for work social events
