Order Taker / Waiting Staff - Fixed-Term Contract Are you looking for a fun, fast-paced role where you can use your fantastic people skills to earn some extra cash over the holidays? Then this is the job for you! Up to £12.21 per hour plus Tronc As an Order Taker (Waiting Staff), you'll be the face of our restaurant and the heart of the customer experience. You'll work closely with the whole team, guiding our guests through the Zizzi menu, taking accurate food and drink orders, and ensuring every customer leaves with a great memory. This role is all about creating a memorable dining experience and being proud of the service you deliver. We're looking for people who have:

• Exceptional Communication and Rapport: The ability to quickly build a friendly rapport with our guests, clearly explain menu options, and accurately communicate orders and special requests to the kitchen.
• Accuracy and Attention to Detail: From ensuring dietary requirements are noted correctly to accurately processing payments and managing table bills, your precision will be key to a smooth dining experience.
• The Energy to Match the Pace: Our restaurants get busy, and you'll need to move quickly and efficiently on your feet, managing multiple tables with a positive and calm demeanour during peak times.
• A Great Sense of Teamwork: You'll be working closely with chefs, bar staff, and management. Your positive energy and willingness to help your colleagues will make a huge difference to everyone.
