Needs work

The profile indicates 12 years of banking experience in Trinidad and Tobago, with a senior-level role as commercial credit supervisor. However, the resume is missing, which is a significant gap. The summary is vague and lacks quantifiable achievements. The skills listed are generic (computer literacy, problem-solving, leadership) and do not highlight specialized banking or credit expertise. The job title 'Banker and entrepreneur' is broad and may not align with the target roles in the UK. Relocation to the UK is planned, but no links (e.g., LinkedIn) are provided. To improve: 1) Provide a detailed resume with specific accomplishments, metrics, and responsibilities. 2) Tailor the summary to highlight commercial credit experience, risk assessment, and client relationship management. 3) Add relevant skills such as credit analysis, financial modeling, loan underwriting, and regulatory compliance. 4) Create a LinkedIn profile and include the link. 5) Quantify achievements (e.g., managed a portfolio of X accounts, reduced delinquency by Y%). 6) Consider obtaining certifications like CFA or credit risk certification to enhance credibility.

How to improve

Rewrite the summary to be more compelling and specific. Example: 'Senior commercial credit professional with 12+ years of experience in the Trinidad and Tobago banking sector, including roles as Commercial Credit Supervisor and Acting Commercial Credit Account Manager. Proven track record in managing high-value credit portfolios, assessing risk, and driving business growth. Seeking to leverage expertise in credit analysis, relationship management, and strategic decision-making in a challenging UK-based role.' Highlight key achievements, such as portfolio size, risk reduction, or team leadership. Use action verbs and quantify results where possible.
