About The Role You bring expertise in ecommerce strategies and / or operations, with exposure to how ecommerce works, the key technology players involved, a good understanding of the key channels which drive traffic, conversion and sales, and a passionate interest in the disruptive commerce changes ahead. You are energised by the explosion of LLM-influenced online commerce journeys (e.g. Gemini, ChatGPT), to the launch of immersive conversational-AI experiences, to the role of AI in optimising core commerce processes and operational support models. A basic understanding of the agentic commerce landscape and hands-on curiosity with AI tooling are central to this role – passion to become an expert in our team is critical. You are a problem solver with strong digital commerce experience in industry or consulting, comfortable working in fast-paced environments and directly with multi-disciplinary teams. You will be confident building your own strategic insights and recommendations to drive value for our clients – and then delivering them. Key Responsibilities* Working closely with clients to understand challenges, capture needs and requirements and contribute to commercially grounded solutions that advance their goals across ecommerce strategy, operations and technology capabilities

• Leading interviews, workshops and co-creation sessions with clients of varying degrees of seniority – in-person and virtually
• Applying your knowledge of commerce technology across areas such as commerce platforms, search and merchandising or content and data systems to help clients make well-informed, platform agnostic decisions
• Contributing to the shaping and delivery of commerce transformation programmes by supporting current state assessments, target state designs and roadmaps
• Leading project delivery workstreams and owning the production of high-quality deliverables alongside key inputs into other streams
• Adopting and applying AI tooling as a core part of day-to-day working — including LLMs, AI-assisted development tools, and emerging agentic platforms — to enhance the quality and pace of you and your team's delivery
• Getting hands-on with emerging tools, whether that's exploring new agentic platforms, experimenting with AI-assisted development tools, or helping bring a client idea to life quickly in a workshop setting
• Contributing to Accenture points of view and client-ready assets that advance our clients and Accenture Song's position in the agentic commerce market Required Experience* :4 years of professional experience, either in a consulting role with significant commerce exposure, or in an industry commerce role (e.g. ecommerce, trading, merchandising, commerce operations)
• Good understanding of ecommerce strategy and digital commerce — including the key players in the space and market shaping technology platforms
• Working knowledge of commerce operations — how ecommerce businesses run day-to-day, including trading, fulfilment, merchandising and the relationship between technology and operational performance
• Familiarity with the overall commerce technology landscape, including deeper knowledge of at least one or two of: commerce platforms like Shopify or Commercetools, search, merchandising, PIM, CMS
• Demonstrable interest in agentic commerce and AI through strategic work, POCs, independent learning, or a developed point of view on how AI agents and agentic search will reshape commerce
• Active day-to-day use of AI tooling (including LLMs and emerging agentic platforms) as part of how you already work
• Good communication skills — able to present ideas clearly to clients and contribute to narratives that land with senior stakeholders Preferred Experience* Familiarity with the emerging agentic commerce landscape: Generative Engine Optimisation (GEO), Answer Engine Optimisation (AEO), AI-native search, LLM-powered applications and brand or consumer-facing agents
• Some exposure to AI and agentic platforms — such as Google Gemini, OpenAI Agent SDK, LangGraph, n8n, Microsoft Agent Foundry or AWS Bedrock
