Vacancy Details As our Payroll & Finance Administrator, you will play a key role in the day to day financial operations of the organisation. You’ll support a committed community team and family centre staff, ensuring our accounts, payroll, and financial processes are accurate, timely, and well managed. Salary: £14.27 – £15.89 per hour (depending on experience) Hours: 25–30 hours per week Schedule: Monday to Friday, 08:30–14:30 (excellent work–life balance) Location: Fersands and Fountain SCIO, Woodside Fountain Centre, AB24 2QY Key Responsibilities
- Managing multiple individual accounts
- Processing bookkeeping tasks and payroll
- Handling wage processing using Moneysoft
- Managing bookkeeping and financial records using SAGE and VT
- Supporting budgeting, forecasting, and financial planning (Excel)
- Handling public enquiries and providing administrative support to the wider team
The Ideal CandidateWe Are Looking For Someone Who Brings
- Proven experience in wage processing (Moneysoft) and bookkeeping (SAGE & VT)
- Confidence in managing charity financial records with accuracy and confidentiality
- Experience supporting budgeting and financial administration
- Strong communication skills and the ability to engage positively with staff, Volunteers, and the public
- Excellent organisational skills and attention to detail.
