This role is perfect for an ambitious and commercially focused procurement professional. Working closely with the senior leadership team, you will lead the procurement strategy for this exciting and rapidly growing business, driving commercial value, improving supplier performance and ensuring the organisation has a resilient and effective supply chain.
As Head of Procurement, you will oversee procurement across food, beverage, resale and goods not for resale, ensuring the business benefits from competitive pricing, strong supplier relationships and consistent quality. You will lead strategic negotiations, manage key supplier partnerships and identify opportunities to improve margins, reduce costs and enhance operational efficiency.
You will also play a key role in supporting franchisees, developing procurement governance and ensuring compliance with agreed purchasing frameworks. Working collaboratively with operations, finance, supply chain and other senior stakeholders, you will strengthen procurement systems, processes and reporting while identifying opportunities for continuous improvement.

You will lead and develop the procurement team, build strong cross-functional relationships and ensure procurement remains a strategic enabler of business performance.
