This contract position offers the opportunity to work in Aberdeen, with a blend of office and offshore responsibilities, ensuring your expertise drives project success. Role Overview

• Governance and oversight for a portfolio of Projects within a contract, influencing successful Completions and Commissioning.
• Identify key projects where inclusion of Commissioning and Completions can add value to project execution.
• Drive project delivery in line with the company's 'right to left-thinking' methodology.
• Develop standardization of Commissioning and Completions processes across Projects utilizing company tools like SMART Completions.
• Ensure that Commissioning is embedded in the Value Creation framework.
• Convey the ability to deliver Commissioning Execution through early engagement with projects at bid and Pre-FEED/FEED stages.
• Identify areas of the Commissioning and Completions processes that can be expedited through collaboration with Global Digital Initiatives teams.
• Conduct audits of existing projects and contracts to confirm maximum value from Commissioning and Completions.
• Develop strong customer relationships and participate in customer meetings to ensure continuous improvement.

Skills & Qualifications

• Proven experience in commissioning and completions within major projects and brownfield modifications.
• Strong understanding of various Completions Management Systems.
• Ability to enhance customer relationships through effective communication.
• Motivational leadership style with strong communication skills.
• Good reporting and analytical skills to interrogate project metrics and identify issues.

Education & Experience

• Must hold offshore tickets.
• Experience in field delivery of Completions & Commissioning.
• Demonstrable track record in leading successful Completions & Commissioning of major projects.
