Structural Technician London EC2 £38k-£48k + travel to work paid Are you a forward thinking and dynamic structural technician with a few years of experience in either Tekla or Revit, who would enjoy the challenge of complex temporary works design? Would you like to work in a fast paced, contractor led environment and are you good at thinking outside of the box? This reputable design consultancy are the design arm of a large main contractor. The work includes lots of non typical solution driven temporary works design in specialist areas, such as major building faade retentions and various complicated London building schemes. You will also be involved in projects involving hoardings, barriers, formwork, scaffolding hoists, fabrication design, connection design, Cat 3 checks, heavy temporary works and all sorts of exciting challenges. Projects are usually large buildings schemes on complex sites. The role would suit a forward thinking, flexible candidate who is a good communicator and possesses a 'think outside of the box' mindset. The capability to absorb new information, adaptability and problem solving capabilities are key. Projects are always different and often one off solutions are needed.
