Role Description

This part-time, hybrid (remote + on site working) Social Media Manager role is based in Leeds. The Social Media Manager will develop and execute social media strategies, create engaging content, and manage social media optimization (SMO) across platforms. Daily tasks include scheduling posts, monitoring social media performance, engaging with online communities, and analyzing trends to enhance online presence. The role requires close collaboration with the team to align social media activity with overall brand objectives.

• Proficiency in Social Media Marketing and Social Media Optimization (SMO)
• Ability to use AI for working smart
• Flexible, proactive, must take initative
• Strong Communication and Writing skills for engaging content creation and audience interaction
• Experience in developing and implementing effective Content Strategy for various social platforms
• Eye for visual design and storytelling to create cohesive and appealing social media campaigns
• Ability to analyze social media metrics and optimize performance based on insights
• Familiarity with social media tools and platforms such as Instagram, Tiktok, X, LinkedIn, and Facebook
• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field is a plus
• Prior experience managing social media accounts for brands or organizations is advantageous
