Job Description
Provide leadership and coordination for onshore support across all Altrad scopes of work at designated client sites. Ensure alignment and effective communication between onshore and offshore teams to drive safe, efficient, and high-quality delivery.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and manage onshore support activities for all Altrad scopes of work across client-assigned sites.
- Champion safety initiatives and actively promote engagement within all Altrad teams.
- Collaborate closely with Client Planning Teams, Altrad Offshore Delivery Teams, and Altrad Onshore Support Teams to ensure all project scopes are accurately defined, planned, and executed to the required standards.
Key Objectives
- Drive the culture within allocated projects for appropriate HSE behaviours
- Support Client Engagement for and Project management of all projects,
- Ensure accuracy of timesheets prior to upload into payroll system.
- Ensure that scopes under your control are reviewed and planned at a high level to ensure compliance with company and legislative requirements
- To coordinate personnel, materials and plant for offshore delivery, liaising with logistics, procurement and the yard/shippers, tracking progress and updating and managing accordingly.
- Be proactive with the management of plant offshore downloading from plant tracking system and issuing the weekly plant report to the Offshore Supervisor/ STL, challenging stock holdings and chasing for backloads.
- Support the commercial team in completing CTRs & revisions and overall cost control and spend - also ensuring CTR request tracker is updated to ensure these are delivered to client by requested date.
- Interface with Training Coordinator in monitoring the training requirements for the operatives, raise training requests as required and maintaining this info in the Competency Matrix accordingly
- Occasional offshore visits would be required.
Professional Skills & Experience
- Project Management experience, preferably within the Oil & Gas Industry.
- Strong organisational and planning skills.
- Proficient working knowledge of Microsoft office packages
- Good working knowledge of core disciplines ie scaffolding, painting, insulation, passive fire protection and use of Rope Access Techniques
- Appreciation of specialist disciplines i.e. Specialist Cleaning, Deck Crew, Rigging etc.
- APM Qualification Preferred
- Experience working in client systems, ie SAP/Maximo etc, preferred.
