Project Controls Coordinator

Altrad Integrity Services are currently looking for a Project Controls Coordinator to join our Aberdeen team to support the successful delivery of key project control activities across the business. Key Deliverables

• Support the delivery of project control activities across commercial, financial and operational functions.
• Effectively compile and validate billing data to support the commercial contract teams.
• Prepare accurate client invoices in accordance with commercial and contractual requirements.
• Ensure timely and accurate financial reporting to support project performance.
• Build and maintain effective working relationships with internal departments to promote commercial awareness and collaboration.
• Communicate effectively with internal and external stakeholders to ensure the smooth delivery of project controls activities.
• Support the implementation and continuous improvement of project control processes and procedures.
• Ensure all work is carried out in accordance with Company HSEQ policies, procedures and standards.
• Maintain accurate project records and documentation.
• Provide administrative and analytical support to the wider Project Controls team.
• Contribute to the efficient planning, monitoring and reporting of project performance.
• Demonstrate a proactive approach to identifying opportunities for process improvement.
• Promote a positive safety culture by ensuring safety remains the highest priority in all activities.
• Lead by example, demonstrating professionalism, collaboration and a commitment to continuous improvement.

Key Requirements

• HNC (Higher National Certificate) or above, or equivalent qualification.
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel, including data extraction, analysis and presentation.
• Experience using ERP systems.
• Strong organisational, planning and time management skills.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to build effective relationships with both internal and external stakeholders.
• Strong analytical skills with excellent attention to detail.
• Ability to work effectively within a fast-paced, collaborative environment.
• Proactive approach with a willingness to learn and develop professionally.
