Job Description
Posted on: June 2, 2026
Description The Strategic Account Services (SAS) program partners with growing businesses on Amazon, providing strategic consultancy through a data-driven, collaborative, and customer-obsessed approach. As a Marketplace Consultant, you will manage a portfolio of up to 19 Sellers (with annual sales of £1–2M), acting as their trusted advisor to accelerate growth on Amazon. You will deliver strategic recommendations across Product Selection, Detail Page Optimisation, Advertising, Promotions, Fulfilment Strategy, and Brand Building — helping Sellers unlock short-term growth opportunities and master the fundamentals of selling on Amazon. You will build trusted relationships with your Sellers, driving execution against agreed strategic plans. You'll also collaborate cross-functionally with Amazon teams across the UK and EU and contribute to program-level projects that improve how the team works Key job responsibilities
- Manage a portfolio of up to 19 Sellers to drive sustainable revenue growth, based on a solid understanding of marketplace programs, tools and processes.
- Analyze customer data on the efficiency of listings, selection, supply chain, advertising, and deals and provide strategic recommendations to maximize the sellers’ potential.
- Implement and track metrics for recording the success and quality of the sellers in your Seller portfolio. Use key metrics to guide your work and uncover hidden areas of opportunity.
- Identify, qualify, and engage with prospective Sellers for SAS based on a clear understanding of our Sellers and their needs.
- Understand and utilize CRM tools, such as Salesforce to track all pertinent account information and sales progress.
- Prepare and deliver business reviews to your clients
- Develop a thorough understanding of the Amazon Marketplace ecosystem
- Manage additional projects around our Paid Service, which includes process improvements, tool and content development, competitive analysis, and sales analysis.
A day in the life Your days are varied and fast-paced. You might start the morning on a call with one of your Sellers, reviewing their latest performance data and aligning on priorities for the quarter. Later, you'll join a UK SAS business update with your team, sharing wins and troubleshooting challenges together. In between, you'll have focused time to build tailored business plans for your Sellers, using AI-powered tools to work efficiently and surface insights faster. You'll also attend specialised product category training to sharpen your expertise, or join a development session on consultancy skills to keep growing professionally. About The Team SAS is a growing program with ambitious plans. We are continuing to recruit new Sellers into our service, driving their growth and improving their experience of selling on Amazon. The team operates with an entrepreneurial mindset — you'll have genuine opportunity to shape how we work, contribute to meaningful projects, and develop expertise in a focused area. You'll collaborate with colleagues across Europe and be part of a team that values innovation, ownership, and delivering results for our Sellers. Basic Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree
- Experience in data analysis, with the ability to interpret and draw insights from data to inform decision-making processes
- Knowledge of Microsoft Office including PowerPoint, Excel, and Word
- Speak, write, and read fluently in English, and have the ability to take direction in English
- Professional experience in account management, consulting, e-commerce, retail, or a related commercial field
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience working in or with online marketplace environments, including familiarity with third-party (3P) seller dynamics, e-commerce platforms, or seller-facing roles.
