The Manchester office is expanding rapidly, with a current team of 10 recruiters and ambitious plans for growth this year.

They are now looking for a Contracts Recruitment Consultant with at least 12 months of experience to join their team and help drive the expansion of their contract division.

This is an opportunity to work alongside two highly experienced, high-performing directors, benefiting from their expertise and an award-winning Learning & Development (L&D) programme.

The Role: Contracts Recruitment Consultant

This role is ideal for a recruiter with a strong foundation in contract recruitment who wants to work in a more start-up type environment where there's a lot more flexibility.

🔹 Develop and manage relationships with contractors across the tech space

🔹 Build and expand a network of clients hiring contract tech talent across the UK & Europe

🔹 Manage the full contract recruitment lifecycle – sourcing, screening, onboarding, and contractor care

🔹 Work closely with experienced directors and learn from a proven, high-performance leadership team
