  • Full 360 recruitment — from business development to candidate placement.
  • Building and nurturing relationships with senior GTM leaders in Cyber, Data, and AI.
  • Attending industry events, networking, and engaging with clients face-to-face.
  • Strategically growing your desk with autonomy and entrepreneurial freedom.

The Ideal Candidate:

  • Proven 360 Recruiter: 2+ years in tech or software sales is preferable, but any previous recruitment sector would be considered
  • Commercially Driven: Confident in business development and relationship management.
  • Client-Focused Relationship Builder: Capable of managing end-to-end recruitment processes.
  • Entrepreneurial Spirit: Motivated to scale a desk and contribute to global growth.
  • Diversity & Inclusion Mindset: Passionate about equitable hiring in tech.
