We are seeking a Production Operative to join our team. This is a permanent, full-time position based at our site in Crumlin. Join our team: advancing health, together.The Role The Production Operative will be responsible for the assembly for Rapid Tests & other diagnostic products. As a Production Operative you are responsible for the quality and efficiency of themselves and others who work with them as part of their team. In This Role Your Responsibilities Will Include
- Manufacture of all Rapid Tests, components and other diagnostic products.
- Adherence to BBI’s quality system.
- Adherence to Good Laboratory Practice (GLP) requirements.
- Keeping GMP compliant records.
- Ensuring batch record completion is up to date and accurate, including performance of defined checks
- Adherence to all SOPs, EPs and relevant documents.
- Operating various pieces of production equipment associated with the manufacture of Products.
- Maintenance, calibration and cleaning of equipment. Maintenance and cleaning of all production rooms.
- Labelling and reconciliation of Rapid Tests.
- Packing of Rapid Test components.
