Are you an experienced fundraiser, marketeer or project manager looking for an opportunity to lead one of Birmingham Hospice's most ambitious and high-profile fundraising campaigns?
We're looking for a passionate, organised and creative individual to lead the delivery of our next Wild in Art trail, helping us build on the success of our first trail and create an unforgettable experience for our supporters, partners and local communities.
This is a unique opportunity to take ownership of a major fundraising and engagement project that will generate significant income for Birmingham Hospice whilst raising awareness of our vital services across the city.
As Wild in Art Project Manager, you will lead the planning, development and delivery of the 2028 trail, working closely with colleagues across the organisation and a wide range of external partners. You will be responsible for managing project plans, budgets, timelines and stakeholder relationships, ensuring the trail delivers against its ambitious income, engagement and brand objectives.
You will also line manage our Sponsorship and Advertising Executive, supporting the growth of sponsorship and commercial income opportunities linked to all aspects of hospice work.
We're looking for someone who can confidently manage multiple priorities, build strong relationships, think creatively and bring people together to deliver exceptional results. Experience of managing complex projects, campaigns or events is essential, along with excellent organisational and stakeholder management skills.
This role offers the opportunity to work on a truly city-wide project, developing partnerships with businesses, schools, artists, community groups and supporters while making a real difference to the patients and families supported by Birmingham Hospice.
About You

- Competitive salary, generous holiday entitlement
