Worker Sub-Type: Regular Job Description:Job Summary We are seeking an experienced Product Manager to drive the planning, execution, and delivery of secure communications solutions in a highly regulated, security‑sensitive environment. This role partners closely with Product, Engineering, Security, and Go‑To‑Market teams across the full product lifecycle—from competitive intelligence and requirements definition through release readiness, customer enablement, and field adoption. The ideal candidate brings strong cross‑functional leadership, security domain awareness, and the ability to translate complex technical capabilities into clear customer value. Must be strong storyteller who thrives in release management, market readiness and customer-facing enablement. Key ResponsibilitiesProduct Development & Delivery

  • Support in the development and maintenance of feature user stories, acceptance criteria, and requirements, working closely with UX design to ensure readiness for backlog grooming and sprint planning.
  • Collaborate closely with Product, R&D, QA, Documentation, Service Engineering, and other cross‑functional teams throughout the software development lifecycle to ensure releases meet quality, security, and market‑readiness criteria.
  • Serve as the primary product management interface between Product, R&D, and Service Engineering to track releases, manage dependencies, and coordinate deployment updates across development labs and production cloud environments.

Release Management & Documentation

  • Partner with Technical Writing to support in the drafting of updates to product documentation – ensuring it is accurate and current, including preparing and reviewing software release notes for external product releases.
  • Ensure alignment between product capabilities, documentation, and supported configurations across environments.

Customer Communication & Enablement

  • Perform security threat intelligence research relevant to secure and mission‑critical communications solutions, incorporating insights into product planning and positioning.
  • Own software release go‑to‑market readiness for assigned product areas, ensuring every software release is clearly positioned, well‑documented, and supported with sales‑ready content.
  • Partner with Sales Enablement to develop and deliver release‑based feature messaging, value propositions, and customer‑facing materials.
  • Create and maintain competitive battle cards, positioning frameworks, and differentiation narratives informed by ongoing market and competitor analysis.
  • Translate technical capabilities into customer‑friendly content that clearly articulates user value, security benefits, and deployment considerations.

Special Projects & Cross‑Functional Support

  • Extend product and project management expertise to support special government or regulated‑market engineering initiatives as required.
  • Act as a liaison across teams to ensure compliance, delivery timelines, and stakeholder alignment are maintained.

Qualifications & Experience

  • 5+ years of experience in Product Management for software, security, go-to-market/sales enablement or communications platforms.
  • Experience working with secure, government, defense, or regulated environments strongly preferred.
  • Proven ability to distill technical concepts into clear customer value and compelling messaging.
  • Familiarity with Agile / Scrum methodologies and modern product development practices.
  • Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and cross‑team collaboration skills.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills, with comfort engaging internal and external stakeholders.
