Cyber Security Sales Lead

Blair West is supporting a rapidly scaling IT service company to find a Cyber Security Sales Lead. The business, which has private equity backing and is growing organically and by acquisition, offers a industry leading bonus and commission structure.

The focus of this role, reporting to the Commercial Director, is to cross-sell Cyber Security packages to an existing customer base.

The opportunity:

• To play a lead role in cross-selling Cyber Security packages to an existing client base of 1000+.
• To champion the benefits of adopting up-to-date Cyber Security packages and educate clients on the potential risks and pitfalls.
• To develop a new and important revenue stream for the business.
• To identify additional upsell and cross-sell opportunities for the business.
• To enhance existing customer relationships through informed and accurate communication.

You’ll be the ideal candidate for this position if you have:

• A high level of personal expertise in Cyber Security, either from a technical or sales perspective.
• The tenacity to educate and benefit clients, yet to understand the upsides of up-to-date Cyber Security solutions.
• A proven track record of cross-selling and upselling to an existing client/customer base.
• Some understanding of, or experience in, the IT services market and relevant pricing structures.
• The ability to identify other upsell or cross-sell opportunities relevant to colleagues in different parts of the Commercial team.
