We are currently looking for a full-time Administrator & Marketing Coordinator to join our team in delivering outstanding customer service in our main office in Aston. Job Description And Profile This is a varied and rewarding role combining order administration, customer service, supply coordination and marketing support. You will play a key role in ensuring our customers receive the right products, at the right time, with excellent communication throughout. Requirements
- An organised and detail-oriented administrator
- Someone who enjoys delivering excellent customer service
- Confident communicating with customers and suppliers
- An interest in wildlife, conservation or the zoo sector
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, good command of spoken and written English
- Good numeracy and literacy
- Good computer skills - the role involves working on industry specific software as well as Microsoft Office package
- The successful candidate will be energetic, friendly and calm under pressure
- Ability to work well as part of a team, including cooperation with other departments (Transport, Raw materials, Technical, multiple Production sites)
- Comfortable using social media and creating content
Duties And Responsibilities
- Processing customer orders and managing lead times
- Coordinating stock to our despatch point and preventing incomplete deliveries
- Placing and tracking purchase orders for externally sourced products
- Supporting customer service and building strong customer relationships
- Managing social media channels and creating engaging content
- Supporting industry shows, conferences and sample coordination
- Assisting with product datasheets, website imagery and marketing materials
- Liaising with Suppliers and other Departments: Transport, Warehouse, Customer services, Technical and with management
- Other general admin tasks as required

Terms
- Salary £27-30k depending on experience
- Full time position (37.5 hours a week, normally 9am-5pm Monday to Friday with half hour lunch break).
- Full training on the in-house systems will be provided.
