Executive Assistant – Leeds | 5 days in office

Are you an experienced Executive Assistant looking to take ownership of a dynamic, high-level support role? This is an exciting opportunity to partner with a group of four to five senior leaders within a fast-paced, professional environment where your organisational expertise and initiative will make a real impact. You’ll act as the key point of contact for senior stakeholders — managing complex schedules, handling confidential information, and ensuring seamless communication and coordination across the business.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide comprehensive support to several senior leaders, including diary and inbox management.
  • Coordinate detailed travel arrangements and itineraries.
  • Prepare meeting agendas, presentations, and documentation to a high professional standard.
  • Record meeting actions and follow up to ensure completion.
  • Liaise across departments to maintain effective communication and workflow.
  • Organise logistics for meetings, events, and conferences.
  • Support ongoing business initiatives and apply strong organisational and project coordination skills.

What You’ll Bring:

  • 3–5 years’ experience in an Executive Assistant or senior administrative role, ideally supporting multiple senior leaders.
  • Excellent organisational and time-management skills with strong attention to detail.
  • Exceptional communication and interpersonal abilities.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
  • Ability to handle sensitive information with discretion and professionalism.
  • A proactive, resourceful approach with the confidence to work independently and make sound decisions.

The Environment:

This is a hands-on, fast-paced position suited to someone who thrives on variety, autonomy, and responsibility. You’ll be working in a professional yet friendly environment, with the freedom to take initiative and the trust to manage your workload effectively.

If you’re an organised, self-motivated professional who enjoys supporting senior leaders and delivering exceptional results — this could be the perfect next step for you.
