This is a fantastic opportunity to develop your commercial litigation experience with a team handling a brought range of commercial insurance dispute resolution work. We are working with a top-ranked Birmingham team which is expanding its property damage and subrogated recoveries offering in the Midlands market. If successful, you’ll work on complex, high-value claims for major insurers and corporates across the UK.

The work undertaken by the team

• Handle property damage litigation (fire, flood, construction losses)
• Advise on subrogated recoveries, liability disputes & coverage issues
• Support fraud, corporate crime, and training seminars
• Deliver legal strategies for top-tier insurer clients

Ideal candidate profile

✅ Solicitor or Legal Executive (0–5 PQE – all levels welcome)

✅ Experience in property damage or insurance litigation

✅ Strong drafting, analysis, and client skills

✅ Eager to grow in a high-performing legal team
