Alderbrook Care Home is a modern, purpose built care home located in Leeds, providing specialist Complex Care for up to 140 residents. The home supports individuals with complex physical and mental health needs within a safe, structured and supportive environment focused on dignity, wellbeing and person centred care. Receptionist Contract

  • £13.00 per hour
  • Contracted to 40 hours per week
  • Paid DBS, pension, uniform provided
  • 5.6 weeks annual leave (based on a full time contract)

Role Overview As a Receptionist, you will be the first point of contact, creating a warm, professional and welcoming environment for residents, visitors and team members within a specialist complex care setting, supporting individuals with a range of complex physical and mental health needs. You will manage incoming enquiries, greet visitors and support day to day administrative tasks, ensuring information is handled accurately, confidentially and efficiently. You will be mindful of working within a specialist environment, responding sensitively and appropriately to residents, families and professionals. Working closely with the Business Administrator and management team, you will help maintain organised systems and contribute to the smooth running of the service. Your role will support a calm, structured and professional environment at all times. What We Are Looking For

  • Good IT skills including Microsoft Office and email systems
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritise effectively
