⏰ 12+ months - Project to last up to 3 years

💰 Negotiable Rate / Outside IR35

💡 On-site 5.5 days per week

Ceto Talent is partnering with a Leading EPC Contractor known for delivering high-value and complex Energy projects within the Offshore industry.

We're looking for an experienced industry professional to join as Electrical Superintendent on this exciting and UK-first Carbon Capture project within Liverpool Bay.

✅What You’ll Be Doing:

• Coordinate the activities of 2-3 electrical supervisors and any other personnel involved
• Verify and confirm the availability of drawings and materials to plan the efficient execution of the works performed (feasibility analysis)
• Supervise external stakeholders such as clients, contractors, vendors, agency
• Analyse the progress of the work by identifying any cause of deviations between the program and the work carried out and propose any corrective actions
• Control production parameters in terms of efficiency and productivity
• Ensure proper electrical discipline workflow, interfacing with all the project organization
• Support the resolution of technical problems encountered during the execution of the works
• Ensure the correct quantities accounts of the works, including updating man-hours and cost estimates for scope of work changes
• Supervise and monitor the electrical works performed or subcontracted
• Coordinate human and technical resources, indicating any needs or surplus.

✅ What We’re Looking For:

• Proven experience as an Electrical Superintendent or in a similar leadership role
• Strong knowledge of High Voltage Systems
• Previous experience on construction projects (or similar)
• Qualified as a Senior Authorised Person
• Experienced and qualified to work on electrical networks up to 11kV
• Relevant electrical qualifications
• All required certifications to work on a construction site
• Legal right to live and work in the UK without sponsorship
