We are currently seeking new resourceful team members to join our London Harrods Concession as Retail Support Interns from the 1st of July for a full-time (40 hours per week) two months internship in Retail. You will receive coaching to develop the highest standards of customer service, product training and the opportunity to learn from our experienced teams and develop your skills in a luxury environment. As our Retail Support intern, your main responsibilities will be to ensure the highest level of stock control, minimise stock losses and support the Management team in the efficient running of the store. Job responsibilities Responsibilities
- Display a genuine passion for luxury and interest in the retail and fashion industries
- Consistently maintain high standards, a drive to succeed and show motivation to deliver personal and team goals
- Use your excellent organisational skills to support the team in the operational aspects of the department
- Support the team in maintaining the highest standards of Visual Merchandising, housekeeping and Christian Dior standards within the department
- Accepting deliveries and sorting through discrepancies
- Stock replenishment
- Back of house maintenance
- Participate in and support the Stock Management team on stock takes, transfers take and ensure targets are met
- Follow all Christian Dior procedures in regards to garment protection, stockroom housekeeping and security tagging
- Ensure all stock is appropriately tagged to prevent theft
- Take all actions necessary to ensure stock is safe and secure
- Build relationships with colleagues across the Stock team and Store teams
- Carry out any additional duties as directed by the Management team.
- Build and maintain strong relationships to ensure each client receives a consistent and professional service

Additional information Must be available for at least 2 months and be able to work full time (40 hours per week with Monday to Sunday flexibility).
