Senior Claims Handler

We are representing an exceptional insurer in their search for a Senior Claims Handler to be a part of their impressive Claims Team in Leeds. This role is perfect for an ambitious Lawyer or Claims Handler looking to apply their litigation background in a career progression lead environment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Evaluating the merits of Professional Indemnity, EL/PL, and Construction cases
• Working closely with Brokers and ensuring claims are not escalated
• Liaising with clients / policy holders throughout the claim
• Assisting panel law firms where cases are escalated

Qualifications:

• A Qualified Lawyer (litigation background) or an experienced Claims Handler
• Worked on Professional Indemnity, EL/PL or Construction matters
• Client facing experience & people person
