• Salary: Salary up to £70,000 per annum, company car/ car allowance and land related bonus
• Reports to: Land and Development Director
• Remit: Land discipline
• Working on: New build developments and partnership agreements
• Working arrangements: Flexible working arrangements between home, office and site
• Employment Type: Full-time, Permanent

Land and Partnership Manager – Company Overview:

Land and Partnership Manager – About you/experience:

• Currently in an active Land Buyer / Land Manager role with a robust and demonstrable track record of acquiring land
• Experience working for a residential developer, main contractor or housing association
• Extensive knowledge of the Bristol and South West region
• A relevant construction qualification or proven experience in land acquisition, procurement and management.
• Understanding of the planning system & process and its impact on land acquisition & deal structure
• Able to work well as part of a team but also independently when required
• Good financial acumen, commercially aware and a sound understanding of development
• A good communicator with a driven personality who gets things done
• A self-starter, motivated to succeed and to make a positive impact on a growing business
• An understanding of ‘Partnership’ housing an advantage
