ROLE SUMMARY:
Demand PR Ltd is seeking a dynamic Business Development Consultant to drive new business across our core service lines. This is a commission-only role ideal for a well-connected professional who can leverage their network to bring in clients and revenue.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
• Identify, pursue, and close new business opportunities
• Use personal and professional networks to reach key decision-makers
• Introduce clients across Demand PR’s service areas, including:
• Visa support (business, investor, delegation)
• • Trade delegation hosting & business concierge services
• • Leadership training & capacity-building programmes
• Investor support and project sourcing
• Backup staffing and executive support services
• Attend and manage introductory meetings as needed
• Maintain strong client relationships and provide smooth handover to the Demand PR team
• Provide brief monthly updates on leads and closed deals
Commission Structure
• Consultant earns 25% commission on net revenue from any client they introduce
• Commission paid within 7–14 days of client payment received
• No commission on cancelled or refunded transactions
• Commission applies to the first contract unless otherwise agreed in writing.
IDEAL CANDIDATE:
• Strong network across corporate, government, diplomatic, investor, or business sectors
• Proven experience in sales, business development, or consulting
• Excellent communication and relationship-building skills
• Self-driven, professional, and able to work independently
