Role Overview

We are seeking an ambitious and relationship-driven Trade Sales Manager to spearhead our B2B growth. You'll be responsible for developing strong partnerships with interior designers, architects, retailers, and hospitality specifiers. This role is perfect for someone passionate about luxury design and eager to help build a new British brand with international potential.

Key Responsibilities

  • Build and nurture relationships with key trade clients, including interior designers, showrooms, specifiers, and hospitality groups.
  • Identify new B2B opportunities across the UK and internationally.
  • Represent Denbigh Rowe at trade shows, in-store events, and networking opportunities.
  • Manage the end-to-end sales process — from prospecting to closing, onboarding, and account management.
  • Work closely with the marketing team to tailor trade campaigns, product launches, and designer outreach.
  • Provide input on pricing, margin structures, and customer feedback to shape future product development.
  • Maintain accurate CRM records, sales pipelines, and reporting.

Skills & Experience

  • 3+ years in B2B or trade sales, preferably in luxury furniture, interiors, or design.
  • A strong network of trade buyers and design professionals is highly desirable.
  • Confident communicator with exceptional presentation and negotiation skills.
  • Self-motivated and proactive, with a hands-on approach and start-up mentality.
  • Knowledge of the design industry, FF&E, or luxury specification process is a plus.
