Marketing Executive - New Homes

We're hiring a Marketing Executive to join a market-leading residential developer in a temp to perm role, offering clear opportunity to grow within a high-performing team. This is your chance to step into a business experiencing rapid expansion - where your ideas, input, and energy will make a real impact. Based in Uxbridge with regular travel to site, you'll support the day-to-day marketing of 2-3 live developments, reporting to an experienced Marketing Manager. You'll be involved in everything from launch planning, signage, brochures and event coordination, to driving lead generation, managing marketing suites, and working closely with sales and external agencies to keep activity on brand and on target. What You'll Need

• Previous property marketing experience (ideally with a developer, agent, or agency side in residential)
• Strong understanding of the new homes customer journey
• Confident managing external suppliers, briefing creative, and tracking campaigns
• Excellent communication and organisation skills
• A proactive mindset - you'll be hands-on, responsive, and solutions-driven
