Business Development Manager

We are looking for an experienced Business Development Manager with a background in IT services. In this role, you will be responsible for finding new customers, managing existing accounts, and selling a range of solutions such as managed IT support, cloud services, cybersecurity, connectivity, and hardware.

Key Responsibilities:

• Find and win new business with SMEs, mid-market, and large companies.
• Manage and grow existing client accounts to build strong, long-term relationships.
• Understand client needs and recommend the right IT service solutions.
• Create proposals and quotations, present them to clients, and close sales.
• Keep up to date with new technology, market trends, and competitor products.

Experience:

• 3+ years in B2B sales within IT services, IT resellers, or technology companies.
• Good understanding of managed IT, cloud services, cybersecurity, and connectivity.
• Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
• Strong communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
• Experience managing the full sales process from first contact to closing the deal.
