HR Consultant – Health & Medical
£50,000–£60,000 + bonus + excellent benefits

We’re partnering with a leading professional-services organisation to appoint a HR Consultant into its growing health-sector practice.
This is an opportunity to work with a varied client base across public and private healthcare, providing high-quality, commercially grounded HR support on complex issues.

The role
- Advise healthcare clients on complex employee-relations matters, restructures, redundancies, capability and whistleblowing.
- Support clients across NHS and wider public-sector organisations, integrated care bodies, private hospitals and independent health providers.
- Develop trusted client relationships through excellent service, sector networking and events.
- Work alongside specialist employment and health teams, with access to strong internal referral opportunities.
- Contribute to repeat business and the continued growth of the health offering.
About you
- Experienced generalist HR professional, ideally with healthcare, life sciences or clinical/non-clinical workforce exposure.
- Background could be from the NHS, an integrated care setting, private healthcare, or a consultancy supporting health clients.
- Strong experience handling complex ER and organisational change.
- Credible with senior stakeholders and able to provide direct, practical advice.
- Comfortable with relationship development and external networking; no cold calling required.
Package and flexibility
- £50,000–£60,000, plus discretionary annual bonus.
- 25 days’ holiday, bank holidays and Christmas closure + holiday purchase scheme.

- Birmingham is the preferred base, Nottingham would be considered, with hybrid working and flexibility around client activity.
