A commercial property company in Cardiff City Centre is looking for an enthusiastic and reliable temporary welcome host to cover one of their ground floor reception sites while they recruit the role on a permanent basis. Hours are 8am - 5pm Monday to Friday.
Key Responsibilities
- Greeting visitors in a warm and professional manner
- Issuing visitor passes
- Assisting visitors to the building and ensuring they are escorted to the correct destination
- Contributing to a 5-star front of house service and being an ambassador for the company
Skills and Experience
- Previous experience in a corporate reception role, where good customer service skills are paramount.
- Well presented, warm and approachable
- Confident, with excellent communication skills
