Role Overview

We are seeking an accomplished Senior Director to lead and expand our diversified platform. The successful candidate will be responsible for shaping and executing the firm’s market strategy, and managing senior-level client relationships. This is a senior role with significant responsibility for the growth and direction of the platform, offering the opportunity to work closely with the firm’s partners, investors, and clients.

Key Responsibilities

  • Define and implement the firm’s market strategy in alignment with broader business objectives.
  • Originate mandates across buy-side and sell-side transactions.
  • Manage all aspects of transaction execution, including financial analysis, valuation, structuring, negotiation, and stakeholder management.
  • Build, strengthen, and maintain senior-level relationships with corporate clients, private equity firms, investors, and intermediaries.
  • Provide leadership, guidance, and mentorship to the team, ensuring the highest standards of execution and professionalism.
  • Contribute to the overall growth and strategic development of the firm as a senior member of the leadership team.

Candidate Profile

  • 6+ years of experience in private equity, M&A, or corporate finance.
  • Demonstrated origination, underwriting, and strategic execution capabilities.
  • Deep technical expertise in financial analysis, valuation, structuring, and negotiation.
  • Exceptional communication and relationship-building skills, with the ability to advise at board and C-suite levels.
  • Entrepreneurial and strategic mindset, with the ability to balance long-term vision with disciplined execution.
