We are recruiting on behalf of a well-established and growing financial planning firm seeking an experienced Paraplanner to join their team.
This is a fully remote opportunity, offering the flexibility to work from home while supporting Financial Advisers with high-quality technical and administrative assistance. You'll become part of a collaborative business that values accuracy, client service and professional development.
Responsibilities
- Prepare suitability reports in line with FCA requirements.
- Conduct technical research across pensions, investments and protection products.
- Analyse client information and make recommendations to support Financial Advisers.
- Prepare client review packs and meeting documentation.
- Carry out product and fund research using industry research tools.
- Liaise with advisers, providers and third parties to obtain information and resolve queries.
- Ensure all documentation is accurate, compliant and completed within agreed timescales.
- Maintain accurate client records using CRM and back-office systems.
- Provide technical support to Financial Advisers throughout the advice process.
Requirements
- Previous experience as a Paraplanner within an IFA or financial planning firm.
- Strong knowledge of pensions, investments and protection.
- Experience writing suitability reports.
- Excellent technical and analytical skills.
- Experience using CRM and back-office systems.
- High attention to detail and organisational skills.
- Ability to work independently while managing a varied workload.
- Diploma in Regulated Financial Planning (or working towards) is desirable.
