Role Description

This is a full-time hybrid or working from home role. As a Bridging and development Specialist. You will be responible for arranging bridging and development finance solutions for property investors and developers. You'll be fully supported by our dedicated case management and admin team.

Key tasks include assessing client needs, sourcing suitable lending solutions, liaising with lenders and stakeholders, and ensuring a seamless and professional service. You will stay knowledgeable about market trends and ensure compliance with relevant regulations, while fostering strong relationships with clients and partners.

Qualifications

• Strong expertise in Mortgage Marketing and Mortgage Lending
• Proficient knowledge of Mortgages and Finance concepts
• Excellent Customer Service skills with a commitment to delivering top-quality experiences
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills for client and partner engagement
• Previous experience in property finance or a related field is highly advantageous
• Understanding of regulatory compliance within the mortgage and property finance industry
• Relevant certifications or qualifications in finance or mortgages CeMAP or equivalent.
