Go-To-Market (GTM) Recruiter
About the Role
We’re looking for an experienced Go-To-Market (GTM) Recruiter to join our team. You’ll will be hiring across Sales, Marketing, Customer Success, Partnerships, and RevOps—partnering closely with leadership.
This is a high-impact role for someone who understands how great GTM teams are built and knows how to identify, attract, and close top commercial talent.
What You’ll Do
- Own end-to-end recruitment for GTM roles (Sales, Marketing, CS, RevOps, Partnerships)
- Partner with founders, CRO, VP Sales/Marketing, and hiring managers to define hiring needs
- Build and execute sourcing strategies for high-performing GTM talent
- Run structured interviews and assess candidates for both skill and revenue impact
- Manage pipelines, hiring data, and time-to-hire metrics
- Strengthen employer branding for GTM talent markets
What We’re Looking For
- Proven experience recruiting GTM roles in SaaS, tech, or high-growth environments
- Strong understanding of revenue functions and GTM org structures
- Track record of hiring high-performing sales and marketing professionals
- Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills
- Data-driven mindset with strong ATS and sourcing expertise
- Ability to move fast without compromising on quality
