The Role and Responsibilities

We have a new vacancy in our HR Operations team for an HR Administrator., starting from May 2025. This is Fixed Term position for 6-9 months to cover maternity leave, based in Aberdeen and supporting the Europe division.

You will work closely with the Team Lead for HR Administration, our HR Business Partner team and Head of HR to maintain records in databases and personnel files as well as overseeing processing of payrolls. You will also handle new hire contracts of employment, terms and conditions amendments and occupational health booking management

The Requirements

An experienced Administrator ideally with some HR experience. You should be a competent user of Microsoft Office, in particular, Excel where some mid-level reporting and is expected. Time management, prioritisation and attention to detail will be key.
