We are searching for a highly analytical Business Analyst with a strong understanding of financial market data (e.g., reference data, counterparty data, instrument data) to serve as a critical bridge between stakeholders and technical teams. You’ll define requirements and ensure the data lake aligns with business objectives.

Responsibilities

• Gather, document, and analyze requirements for the data modernization project
• Collaborate with developers to map business needs to technical solutions (ingestion, transformation, reporting)
• Provide domain expertise in financial data, ensuring strategic datasets are integrated correctly
• Create workflows, use cases, and documentation for all stages of the data project lifecycle
• Validate output data models and workflows against business expectations

Requirements

• 2+ years of experience in Business Analysis
• Strong domain knowledge of financial data like reference data, counterparty data, and market instruments
• Proven experience working on data-centric projects, ideally data modernization
• Ability to create clear technical documentation such as user stories and system requirements
• Strong collaboration skills with technical teams and non-technical stakeholders
