Salary: £27,000 – £30,000 per annum (depending on experience)

We’re looking for a proactive and organised Staffing Coordinator to join our growing team. This is a fantastic opportunity to gain hands-on experience in a fast-paced, high-profile industry, contributing directly to the success of major events across the country.
About the Role
As a Staffing Coordinator, you’ll play a key role in scheduling, coordinating, and supporting our event teams. You’ll work closely with Account Managers and Directors to ensure the right people are in the right place at the right time. Every day is varied, fast-paced, and rewarding – no two events are the same!
This role is primarily office-based in Exhall, with occasional support required during busy event periods.
Key Responsibilities
- Coordinate staffing for events, ensuring all shifts are covered efficiently
- Support the Account Management team with scheduling, admin, and logistics
- Maintain accurate records of staff, contracts, and event documentation
- Liaise with staff, clients, suppliers, and venues to communicate schedules and requirements
- Assist with onboarding, training, and allocation of new team members
- Respond promptly and professionally to queries from staff and clients
- Update internal systems with event and staffing information
- Support reporting and data entry tasks linked to events and operations
Who We’re Looking For
- Highly organised with excellent attention to detail
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Comfortable managing multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment
- Confident using Microsoft Office and digital admin systems
- Positive, proactive, and flexible, with a can-do attitude
- Previous experience in admin, HR, events, or staffing coordination is desirable

Work Schedule
- Monday to Friday, full-time, office-based
