Service AdvisorLocation: Cardiff

Salary £28,000–£29,500 basic (DOE & accreditation)

OTE: Additional £5,000 (CX + service plan bonus)

The Role

A customer-focused Service Advisor is required to join a busy dealership service department. You’ll manage service bookings, communicate clearly with customers, and help drive customer satisfaction and service plan sales.

Key Responsibilities

• Greet customers, manage bookings, and handle inbound enquiries
• Explain recommended work and associated costs in simple terms
• Liaise with technicians to ensure jobs progress efficiently
• Promote service plans and other value-added products
• Maintain excellent customer satisfaction scores
• Resolve customer queries professionally

Requirements

• Previous Service Advisor experience (VAG accreditation desirable)
• Excellent communication and customer service skills
• Ability to upsell service plans
• Strong organisational skills and attention to detail
• Confident working in a fast-paced service environment
