- Strong experience owning enterprise architecture roadmaps, governance, and target-state architectures.
- Deep expertise across the Microsoft technology stack, including Azure, Dynamics 365, Power Platform, Microsoft 365, and data platforms.
- Experience leading large-scale digital transformation and business change programmes.
- Strong understanding of cloud-native, integration, data, and application architecture principles.
- Ability to engage and influence executive and board-level stakeholders.
- Outstanding communication, leadership, and stakeholder management capabilities.
Highly Desirable
- Experience within the Healthcare, Life Sciences, Pharmaceutical, Clinical Services, or wider HealthTech sectors.
- Understanding of operating within regulated environments with complex governance and compliance requirements.
- Experience delivering architecture across customer, operational, clinical, and corporate business domains.
Why Join?
