Supervisor

We’re Hiring: Joiner / Working Supervisor (Full-Time, Permanent)

F9 Group Ltd is expanding and we are looking to recruit an experienced Joiner / Working Supervisor to join our growing team on a full-time, permanent basis.

This is a hands-on leadership role for a highly competent tradesperson who can combine high-quality site work with effective supervision and organisation.

Role Overview:

The successful candidate will be responsible for carrying out joinery works while also supervising site operations, managing small teams, and ensuring projects are delivered to the highest standards of quality, safety, and professionalism.

Key Requirements:

• Fully qualified and experienced Joiner

• Strong all-round building knowledge (joinery, carpentry, general construction)

• Proven experience supervising works on site

• Ability to manage subcontractors and direct labour

• Excellent understanding of health & safety procedures

• Competent with documentation, including:

• Daily site records

• Progress reports

• Basic RAMS / compliance paperwork

• Strong communication and leadership skills

• High personal standards and pride in workmanship

• Reliable, professional, and client-facing
